Mix Veg Curry

- 300 gms diced vegetables (cauliflower, French beans, carrot, and green peas)
- Tata Salt to taste
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsps of oil
- 20 gms kitchen king masala
- 4 tsps yogurt
- 2 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method to make Mix Veg Curry
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add onions and sauté till turns golden in colour.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato and sauté on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add yogurt and sauté on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add kitchen king masala and cook till fragrant.
Add the diced vegetables Add 3 cups water, salt to taste, stir and bring to boil and cook till vegetables are completely done.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot.
for Mix Veg Curry
After blanching vegetables, immediately transfer them in chilled water to avoid carry-over cooking.
