Besan Puffed Vegetable

- 1 cup Besan
- 1 pouch Eno
- 1 Red, Yellow and Green Bell peppers (1 each)
- 1 piece of chopped Ginger
- 3-4 cloves of Garlic chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- ¼ tea spoon black pepper powder
- ½ cup cream
- ½ Tomato puree
- ½ tea spoon Red chilli powder
- 1 tea spoon Flax seeds
- A pinch of Cinnamon powder
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt (according to taste)
Method to make Besan Puffed Vegetable
Make a batter of the Besan thick enough to fry pakodas. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, green chilli and eno.
Put this batter in the Idli mould and cook it in a similar way.
Remove the Besan puffs from the mould and then fry them in hot oil.
In a pan, add oil and heat it. Add the onion and all the bell peppers and cook them on high flame for some time. Remove this and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add tomato puree and cook for some time.
Add the remaining ingredients, except cinnamon powder.
Now add the cream and cook it for some time.
Mix all the vegetable and then add the besan puffs and then mix it carefully.
Garnish it will cinnamon powder and coriander seeds and serve it hot.
