- 480 gms Besan
- 110 gms Curd
- 10 gms yeast
- 2 tea spoon Salt
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 160 gms Tomato pizza sauce
- 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
- 160 gms cut mixed vegetables
Method to make Besan Pizza
In a bowl, add a little water and yeast along with a pinch of sugar.
Keep this aside for 10 minutes.
Then in a vessel, add curd, besan, salt, olive oil and the yeast mixture.
Knead this mixture to make a dough.
Make 4 balls of the dough.
Cover it with a wet cloth and keep this aside for 24 hours.
Heat the oven at 210 degrees celsius.
Roll the balls into a pizza base and apply one table spoon of sauce and add mozzarella cheese.
Top it with the vegetables and bake it in the oven for 12 minutes. Serve it hot.

It is recommended not to buy Chick pea flour made from peas or white chick pea, as it tends to absorb more oil.
